With the boom of four-plexs in our single-family-home neighborhood, we knew we had no choice but to purchase our next door neighbor's home when it came on the market. When you google, "What qualities should I look for in a real estate agent?" it should just pull up her picture. She has excellent communication skills, solves problems, great availability, negotiation skills, and market knowledge. Most importantly, though, she has integrity. I think one of the things we worry about most when we have to find someone to represent us is the question of, "Can I trust this person with my future and my family?". As her client, you'll know that she always wants what is best for you and your family. It's not about the quick sale and shoving you towards any property. It's about talking with you to get a sense of what area you want to live in, are schools important to you, what part of the house you place more priority on, etc. And then it's about finding what you want that you can afford based on the criteria that you provided. Going through all the specific examples of every role that a real estate agent must fulfill would take way too long, and that is why I highlighted a specific example. The gist of it is that she is an excellent realtor that you can trust.”

Candice worked so well with our family - and we were not an easy bunch! We had 5 opinions to all align, my husband and I, our uncle, and 2 kids! With 3 adults and 2 kids to all agree on a big move, it is a lot. And a lot of emotions involved. And I don't know how she did it, but Candice was always so patient, professional, supremely kind, and ALWAYS so supportive to let us guide the process. ​ She never rushed us, even though we spent a lot of time going to open houses and scouting a wider and wider area to find our home. I had a lot of guilt and anxiety about backing out of offers, but she coached me and counseled me through it, and helped me realize I didn't need to feel like that. She then handled it with grace and charm with the other realtors and sellers for us. There were definitely really emotional times during our process, and she was so patient and good with helping us get through them. ​ But to shine a light again on another incredible aspect of working with Candice is that the home we finally all agreed on - we were not the highest bidder and we still got it! Candice pulled it off somehow and we couldn't be more grateful to her for it, and to the family that accepted our offer. ​ Finally, Candice has an expansive and awesome network of other professionals you'll need through the search and escrow/closing process: loan officer/finance, contractors, etc. More than anything, though, I really appreciated how Candice maintained such amazing professionalism.
